This five week summer program helps students develop a resiliency-based project using the Life Skills Curriculum that is adapted to meet the cultural requirements and community needs of Shaker Heights.

This program provides daily academic support to expelled students from Shaker Heights schools, as well as teaching positive social skills through life skills groups and community engagement through service learning.
The focus of the camp is to build self-esteem, resiliency, personal leadership skills, and the ability to reach one’s full potential through creative expression, journaling, physical activity, education and service learning projects.
IMPACT is designed to help students successfully navigate through their middle school years.
This program serves suspended Shaker Heights students, grades K-12, through a morning tutoring program designed to keep students current with assigned classroom work and an afternoon life skills group that teaches positive social skills.
